Colorado Pontoon Boat … fit?

I tend to agree with you. They still seem like they have way too much motor on them. I only have a 115 on my 18’ fiberglass boat.

The point of my original post is that I see a lot of high powered fishing boats in places I go than I do inflatable pontoons.

 

Those are awesome! Rowed one once down a Class V river, I was stupid but it was a very fun ride! Just don't surf down the waves, the pointed ends dig in and you pitchpole over the rapid ahead of your boat through the air!

 

I own a fish cat 9. Similar in size to the Colorado. It fits in my DCLB but I have to air down so I can fold the ends up. Not a big deal but because of that I chose to mount double kayak racks on my Leer Cap. It is easy to load and unload. I still air it down especially on hot days so the air in the bladders can expand. I really like your set-up! I have a similar truck, long bed with Leer shell. And, I'm considering switching from a float tube to the Fishcat 9-IR pontoon, same as you have. I have some questions about what you've got so, I'm sending you a message to see if you could answer some for me?
