Bought truck and 4x4 was working. Got home and it just blinked in 4x4 high and beeped in 4x4 low. Took both actuators off and they both worked and looked good. Put back together and it worked. Next day it didn’t again. Just spent 700$ at a 4x4 shop to replace front actuator. Worked then brought it home and didn’t again. Should I replace transfer case actuator?

How are you engaging 4X4? It is best done while the vehicle is moving. If you come to a complete stop and try to engage 4X4 you have roughly 50/50 odds of the gears in the transfer case lining up to mesh. If moving when you engage the gears will engage when everything lines up.

No, don't spend more money on part replacement until you've done some troubleshooting. There are a LOT of posts with issues similar to yours; I'd suggest reading through a few as there are excellent descriptions of how the 4wd system works, documents attached that are useful for debug/analysis, etc.

One from a few days ago, see post #7 among others: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/help-4x4-wants-to-fight.739470/
Or just a search in this forum for "actuator": https://www.tacomaworld.com/search/14656952/?q=actuator&t=post&o=date&c[node]=5

Good luck. Post back with what you've checked.
