    All hands on deck at the moment. More rigs are being contracted than can be crewed. It's a bad, but good, problem to have. Any and every land based as well as all offshore companies are hiring. All facets from hot shot drivers, service companies, office personnel, and rig based. If you currently don't have a job you don't have an excuse. Pretty hard to get fired right now, too. Just saying.
