As long as you are satisfied with the work, the repair is warranted for 30 days, and the work was done quickly.

Typical customer, waits until after the work is done to decide he doesn't like the price..

How about calling around and getting a few estimates before authorizing the work?

The parts are ok for dealer, and labor a little high, but the above is outrageous. All they did was replace the part the ODB code had thrown, there was absolutely zero diagnosing in this case. If they has fixed the part, replaced some of the assemblies then maybe, but they simply replaces a 1k part that their computer told them to replace due to the error code thrown.
My bet is that whole 1k assembly didn’t need to be replaced.

Yeah, I kind of hate to tell you this, but looks like you got scammed. I had the infamous canister code, but I got some sage advice to change my gas cap ($15) and it may go away and not come back after erasing the code. Well, I did and it never came back on my old T4R.
Moral of the story, next time ask here on TW before spending your hard (assuming, you never know though, lmao) earned money for advice, before spending $$.

Damn after the guy strapped on his Magnum Condom and slowly penetrated the sphincter, was a courtesy reach around to juggle the pals included?

That's crazy pricing. I just had the following replaced on my Porsche

    Rotors Pads
    Plugs AND coils
    All belts and hoses
    ALL fluids changed/flushed
Two tires Mich P Sports ($260 each)

Parts and Labor $2400 This on a Porsche. Toyota labor should be a ton cheaper.

short answer... Yea you got screwed. vapor canister and solenoid should have run you around 500-600 max(I checked my shop key where i have access to OEM and aftermarket parts). They're pricing is about 300+ more than that sooo yikes.
