Should I buy the 16” trd OEM wheels?

Hello guys someone is selling me the hard to find 16” OEM TRD wheels for 900$. The 16” OEM TRD aren’t currently being sold right? Should i get them? Is the price good?

 

Most people just buy trd pro replicas. 900$ isn't bad provided they are real.
The 17" is more ideal and leaves more choices for tires.

I personally like the simple TRD offroad 16" you have. It's usually the TRD sport owners that ditch the oem rims haha.

 

I rather get the 16” thou. But quick question? How can a person get these OEM rims? If they aren’t for sell

Yes they fit perfect. I have them on my 2021 Off Road .

 

So do u think 900 for all 4 is a good price? Or over paying? He had it on for a week so basically almost new

 

Not a bad price, maybe offer $800 and see if he takes it. I know the 4Runner pro wheels are like $170 a piece, figure 8% for taxes you’re at almost $750. The Tacoma wheels might be pricier from a dealer than the 4Runner ones, idk what they go for

Wheels with caps is about $1000 plus tax . Shipping cost too if you buy online.

$900 is not bad at all.

 

Maybe prices have gone up but I paid less for mine brand new 1.5 years ago.

 

If you are talking about the wheels in the eBay link, those are the 2020+ Pro wheels. First appeared on the 2020 and were also on the 2021. They do work on stock 3rd gen.

I got them for just over $800 new. Offer lower.

 

The 2020-2021 TRD Pro wheels have been great on my 2021 Off Road. Gives the truck a slightly wider stance and looks fantastic. So much better than the stock Off Road wheels in my opinion.

 

I went this route as well on my 2021 3 months ago. Paid slightly higher from BAM but not much. I would offer a bit less, but you don't have to deal with shipping and the chance of them getting damaged and they are basically brand new. I received 2 rims damaged in shipping, but BAM was great in promptly getting replacements sent out. Fit great and look great.

 

I love my TRD OR 16" rims. I would like to buy one more so my spare would match. 16" allows for more tire, more sidewall.
