First thing to check is the DR Lock fuse, everything else is handled by the body ECU via inputs from the switches.

Yes it is attached to the interior fuse box, your saying no locks work at all in either direction or from the key fob?
Is there anything else that isn't functioning?

Are there any other things that don't work like interior or exterior lights?
Have you also checked the ECU B fuse in the engine compartment fuse box?

It would be odd that just the door locks would quit and all of them at the same time, I would want to hook a scanner up and look at switch inputs to make sure that they are all working properly.
Also it would be a good idea to check the grounds behind the left and right kick panels.
Have you ever had any water intrusion problems in the cab?
