If you're not saving for your midlife crisis (aka buying a Corvette) in your 20's are you even smart?

Well I always told people they can just wear their socks.

My feet are extraordinarily dry so I don't know how it goes with those that get sweaty feet; mine never stink.

I can rub my feet together and it'd sound like 50 grit on a 2x4

I never got the no shoes in house policy. What are you protecting? Your half hour of vacuuming once a week?
(with white carpets the policy is understandable, but that's retarded)

Just a thing that stuck with my own family; growing up I always had a "family" I'd stay with that were Filipino. Dad always deployed and mom traveled so yeah.

The idea was, you brought in and tracked a lot less dirt from outside and kept a cleaner household.

You still cleaned just as much as anyone would...if not more.

When I was on my own, it stuck.
