Just a couple of quick questions……

3rd gen “pro models”….. 4 door short beds only??? No 4 door long beds???

also, off road models, and or the pro models, don’t have a 4:1 low range t/c ??
The t/c are the same for all Tacoma’s?

    Question number one is correct.

Question number two; I'm not sure what the T/C ratio is but I know it has a crawl ratio of 36.2:1.

All of these trucks are mostly the same. The TRD Off Road and Pro have larger rear ends than the rest and a locking rear differential. The Pro has a better off road suspension than the TRDOR, lighter wheels, and a beefier skid plate. Other than that everything on the Pro is either available on the OR or just plain cosmetic.

TRD Pro only comes as DCSB either 6AT or 6MT.

The transfer case has the exact same ratios as all other Tacomas.

The TRD Pro package, you are getting the suspension package, the LED headlamps, upgraded interior, the rear locker and exhaust.

I might be missing some stuff.

    Crawl control with the 6AT...

I don’t know where, or how, the thought of a 4:1 t/c came from….. all this time of owning my Tacoma, 220k miles later, that the pro, and off road, had a separate set up….

I’m contemplating on stripping my access cab and buying a DCLB

The TC is 2.57 which is pretty much the same as most every other TC. Jeep offers a 4:1 in their Rubicon.

Older Japanese trucks had a 4.7:1 but was never offered in the US.
