    White vinegar / water mix?

Don't think armor all is a cleaner rather than 'protectant'

Yikes, I would stay clear of white vinegar -- it's somewhat acidic and can stain things too.

I'd try what preservationists do first -- saliva on a q-tip. Give it a number of passes, rolling the head around. Then try gentle rubbing with your clean fingers on the plastic.

    Good luck.

Griots garage interior cleaner and a soft tooth brush. After you clean it then use a protectant like armor all but not armor all!! Lol. Use a better product like 303 or griots so it doesn’t happen again.

Here's a few of my methods:

    1. Carpet/fabric shampoo, drill brush or carpet brush, air compressor
    2. Carpet/fabric shampoo and extractor

for seats I'd recommend going with the second option

Chemical Guys Invisible works wonders on interior trim. I have used it on multiple cars and its awesome. Mist a little bit in the area, grab a detailing brush and agitate it. Boom gone in seconds.
