So, I found out yesterday that the aluminum front bumper that I ordered from Demello for my 16' Tacoma back in July 2020 was "lost".
I had not heard anything since before Thanksgiving when I was told that it had been sent out to be powder coated.
Only after inquiring again on the 3rd of this month was I told that it was "lost".
Even better, I was told that they don't currently have the raw stock to make me a new one and won't until next month.
I was offered some swag for my inconvenience which I found inappropriate considering the cost and the amount of time that I've been waiting. You can keep your swag.
This is some of the worst customer service I've seen.
What can they do to make this right? Get me my bumper.

I waited 6 months (26 weeks) for my mob town sliders. They came with the wrong hardware. When i asked for the rest of the hardware i waited 2 days for a reply and then got sassed. They eventually sent the hardware. 6 months of waiting, wrong hardware, a bent mounting plate, and sass.

Sounds frustrating OP but at least theyre going to make you another bumper and aren’t being dicks

I have a feeling that I'll have you beat on wait time after they get the materials and get around to making my replacement bumper.:)

Luckily no. If that were the case, I would be going ballistic.
As it is, I just have a pile of new parts waiting waiting for a bumper.

    Here's a good one.
I was checking Demello's reviews on google yesterday and I found one that had nearly the exact issue with them
that I am having. And even better, the guy got the same "lost" excuse that I was given.

I'm sorry I'm just now seeing this. You can e-mail me direct if this hasn't been resolved. Believe it or not we have had issues with shipping companies losing a fair amount of products. Because of this we have been narrowing down our shipping companies we deal with. The worst part is they don't cover the loss or damages. Shoot me an e-mail if vy hasn't already taken care of you jason@demello-offroad.com

I know times are tough and I'm sure they are swamped with orders, but I unfortunately felt that "sass" also when I called and asked how my sliders were doing after 5.5 months of waiting. Love the sliders though! Would hesitate from using them again... maybe... they have some nice stuff.
