Need help with halo wiring....

Purchased these retros from someone that didn't build them. Trying to figure out the wiring... the halos are stuck on green but I am sure they can be changed.

Can anyone identify this controller? Have 2 others that attach to this. Has front and rear halos but no clue how to wire both.

Any help would be appreciated.
