Wheel feels like it's about to fall off

    1996 toyota tacoma
    So on my 1996 tacoma the passenger side wheel started making some horrible noises and I thought it was just the brakes. However when I jacked it up the whole wheel seemed like it was going to fall off. It almost seems like the breaks, tire, and rotter are disconnected to where the tie rod and sway bar mounts to that little hub. I have a video of the problem aswell.
