New Tail Lights

Where did you get those taillights? That's exactly the ones I've been looking for (jet black background with red led tubes) the only ones I can find either have the jet black background with the white tube or the shiney red background with the red tubes. The attached pic of the ones I'm having a hard time locating.

They may be knock off of the Alpharex but I like the way they look in daylight when the lights are off and how they don't shoot so much glare when they are on at night.

 

They are the same mine just don't look that black but they are the exact same ones as his

 

These are the tail lights I have on my truck. It came with chrome accented tail lights. As part of my "chrome deletion", I bought new ones. The money I made from selling my OEM tail lights paid for the ones I bought online! Even-Trade!

 

I think Alpharex used to offer this light with a black housing, clear lens and red LED tubes but it seems they don't any more... only Blacked Out or Red Smoked versions.

 

Are these good quality? Decent brightness and everything? I want to replace my chrome

 

Drooooooooooooooool. I wonder if the red ones would look ok on lunar rock since apparently you can't get the red and black anymore.

 

I bought the red smoked version because I don't think these are available anymore. Didn't wanna chance getting ticketed in CA so I passed on the blacked out version. Just search for AlphaRex PRO-Series. They're carried by several retailers. They are awesome!

 

Those don't look too bad. I still like the black and red better but I might end up getting the red ones. Thanks for the pic.
