    I know you said north, but if you're willing to look west, McGovern Jeep at 777 Washington Street in Newton runs a MAPFRE preferred repair shop, and I've had work done on my Honda and even my beloved Golf R there. Chuck is the manager there, great guy. If you remember a guy who manages a collision center in a positive way, he's doing something right.

    I've only been in there three times in 8 years, and the third time he remembered my name *and my wife's name* just by face recognition as I walked in the door.

    I don't know how far north you are, but in southern NH, "Bump and Grind" auto body is awesome.
