    I recently bought a 2021 Tacoma trd off-road…

Ive owned Tacoma’s for most of my adult life and I’m pretty disappointed in my new ones shifting performance.

I fight it on the highway to get going and it shifts often at low speed.

I’ve got about 4200 miles on it. Should I drive it longer to seeing it gets better or do the tune.

    I’m in New England.

    Thanks
    Steve

My 21 has 1300miles and it gets better every tank. I drove the first 3 tanks very aggressive. I read about some 21 owners not liking the KD tune, like Toyota changed some software and the newer truck might respond differently to his tried and tested formula. Specifically the shifting I remember some complaints about. So I am on the fence about tuning it.
