Little bit of this and that
What fluid did you use for the trans? Needing to service mine and I was planning on running Redline MT90 in it.

I'm loving my Clazzio's, just installed them a couple months ago... it was either these for $550 or $1,500 Katskinz

    I run Redline everywhere.
    MT90 in the trans (GL4)
75W-85 for front diff & tcase
    75W-140 for the rear end
It’s expensive but I’m happy with how it’s worked for the truck over the years.

75w-85 GL5 is what the manual calls for iirc.
The MT calls for GL4 (brass synchros)
I run 75w-140 in my rear end because I haul a slide in camper / tow a bit.

My memory is a little fuzzy on this, but I thought there was 3 different Toyota OEM bumper offerings where two of them were SR5 (color match or chrome) and the other non-SR5 was just a finished basic black color for the base models. Note, the color match SR5 is just e-coated (black) and requires paint.

    Used these guys here: https://www.vleds.com/pod-8-r-c.html

Had to drill two more holes into the fiberglass, just went slow and was careful so I didn't crack anything. Added some sealer and threaded them down nice and tight. Seems like everything will hold up well and they are much brighter

Anything special to get the old light out? My guess is it's just auto-tape holding it in place.

Ya it was just foam tape. I used a plastic pry tool, then used goo gone to get the remaining tape off

When I put new roof rails on my topper I used a step bit. seems to make it a little easier and less likely to damage the fiberglass

Ya that definitely would have been better to use. I started out small and slowly moved up in bit size. I really need to pick up a stepped bit

Got these Morimotos installed. Big difference night and day. Leds vs. halogen.
