Just picked up this 1st Gen Tacoma. 156,XXX miles, frame was never replaced (and should have been,) but I got it for a great price for the mileage with the anticipation of needing a bit of frame work. It's currently under the knife getting what appears to be the very common rust locations repaired (rear leaf mounts etc...) The body and interior are in great shape, and it came with brand new Nokian Snow tires mounted... Just starting the research on what will be my first mod: Suspension upgrades. The leaf springs are super rusty, so I was looking to do a 2" lift that replaced the leaf springs (not add a leaf) and then do new coilovers (not spacers) up front to level the truck. What's the best kit to get here? There are so many conflicting opinions...

SAME HERE! looks pretty straightforward. Reputable shop who specialize in restoring frames... like anything, you never know the extent until you really get into the project.
