    No luck. As soon as I hooked up the splitter a message on the head unit popped up. "USB hub not supported. Power was available through the splitter, but, no Android Auto...
    Was able to use factory USB port.
    Better than the aftermarket one.

    I have a 2016 Tacoma and the previous owner installed a Kenwood X576S. I have a thumb drive with thousands of songs on it. It worked for a little while and now I get a warning on the screen that an error occurred with the USB. I also get the same warning when I plug my Iphone in it. I may try to replace the hub to see if that works. Have you had any other issues with this stereo?

    USB aftermarket adapter plugged straight in the back aftermarket one worked for 3 hrs now it doesn’t charge or play…

    Bummed it was the whole reason I installed a 2015 model 510079 in my 06 base
