Just got the Bilstein 6112/5160s and SPC UCAs on, and I'm trying to mount 255/85s on the stock 16" OR wheels. I've got the UCAs set at position D and just got it aligned at 0 camber, 2.4 caster. When I tried to mount the wheels, I'll start catching lugs before I hit lock.

It looks like the ball joint is roughly in the center of the UCA slot, and I've got more room to adjust the LCA cams. Am I right in thinking I'll get a little more clearance by sliding the upper ball joint all the way to the outside of the slot, then adjusting both LCA cams outward to get back to 0 camber? Guessing another option is to rotate the upper ball joint forward and get more caster out of the LCA, as position D has it as close to the strut as it will get.

Not quite sure if this will get me enough clearance, so I've got some Spidertrax 1.25" spacers on the way as well.

The good news is - the spare fits.

I think you're gonna need a lot more caster than 2.4 to fit 33's.

I recently dealt with SPC UCAs for the first time myself, and after doing quite a lot of reading in various threads here, the method that ended up working for me (and my alignment guy) was to set the LCA cams full inboard/outboard to get max caster, then do the remaining adjustment with the UCA out to target numbers - rotate for target caster (IIRC you'll want something like 4.5, so two more clocks on the UCA?) and slide for camber.

Thats the goal of the SPC UCA, thats why they developed them the way they did.

My cams are full out in the back, and full in in the front LCA. Maximises rear wheel well clearance.

I did need to put on wheel spacers (1.5 Spidertrax) to get the tire to clear though. But I have 315/70/17s on 17x8.5 wheels (0/4.75")

255/85s cleared pretty easily front and back at 2.4°, so I don't think I'll need to pull the wheel any further forward in the wheel well. Guess the next step is dry fitting the Spidertrax and seeing how that affects front/rear clearance and UCA clearance.
