My 2002 Tacoma came with oem P205/75R15 97S (Michelin) tires.
Michelin no longer makes that specific size but nearest Michelin replacement. size is a Michelin Defender LTXM/S-215/75R15 100T, tire.

Will the original Toyota wheel alignment specs (which I do have from orig. vehicle purchase), remain proper for the new tires? In other words, do I get the vehicle, (with new/slightly diff. tire size) aligned to the oem specs or ???

    Thank you!

As long as you haven't changed the offset, you should be fine.
The thing that changed that might have affected alignment, is scrub radius. You only lost 2mm of positive scrub.
Since spec is a range...just make sure you have some positive toe. The center spec for toe should be a positive.
