URD Website Frustration

I have been waiting for URD to get their Mark 2 Y-Pipes back in stock so I signed up for email notifications for when they get them back in stock. I keep getting emails telling me that I left one in my cart and I need to finish the transaction. I click the link and there is nothing in the cart and if they are out of stock there is no way to put one in the cart.

So I decide that maybe I should set up an account. I enter my email address and password that I want to use and it tells me that I already have an account, which I do not. So I try a couple of passwords and it is a no go. So I try password recovery, and it tells me that I do not have an account. Then I try to contact customer support and the website locks me out.

They have no phone number on the website but I found it here at the top of the page. I call it and no one answers. They sure are making it difficult to buy something from them. I am pretty frustrated.
