Probably not. Like everyone else dealing with raw materials, costs have increased. Unlike most others though, Archive is "eating" those increases for now...

I found it easiest to grind the rivets flush, drill through the center and then use a pneumatic punch to push it out.

Everything that @Dayman Karate said above plus get yourself a ball joint press and a 3/8" grade 8 bolt about 2 inches long for the rivets that go up and down. It will make your life a lot easier.

I'm only about 8500lbs loaded for trips (that's not too much over the GVWR of the Taco haha) with my bumpers, roof rack, 12-pack of MaxTrax, 4 jerry cans, 2 full size 35" spares… I haven't upgraded the stock brakes or suspension yet... do you think an Add-a-leaf would support my weekend loads, while still giving me a 3" lift?

Or you can install poly bushings and just drill and tap OEM shackles for grease zerks. I used the bushings archive sells and new OEM bare shackles that were about $30 (Archive has the Toyota p/n on their bushing page).

Also holy crap I can’t believe how heavy folks trucks are! I’m 5,500 lbs with 285s, bumper, winch with steel cable, full skids, and a wedge camper! What are you guys bolting on!?!? Admittedly most of my armor is aluminum but still!

I will say. Since adding the HH w/crossbar and relocation with the 12" Radlfo shocks. The truck handles a F-ton better.

That is what our experience has lead to, a system that makes the Tacoma more controllable, capable, comfortable and durable

My personal goal was to improve the driving dynamics so owners can push the Tacoma harder

An addition of a sway makes and the hh definitely makes that possible. Much more fun.

I just picked up a set of hammer hangers off of a member here on TW, and I am wondering what version they are. Really just want to make sure they will work with my setup. I am running an Icon RXT leaf pack on option 3, and I plan to use the stock shackle. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Of course they work with all springs.
Those are Version 1, you'll get a small bit of lift to offset the low lift from RXTs.
The stock shackle is a good choice, works totally fine, but the rubber bushings may limit droop if you have 12" shocks

    Version 1 might be 1/4-1/2"
