Is this bad? Should I leave it alone or fix it? And how would I fix it? Would I need to replace u bolts? Thanks.

I would probably just hammer it over back into place

I'd loosen the u-bolts and then give it a few good whacks until it seems aligned, then torque the u-bolts back to spec... 73 ftlb if you're on stock u-bolts... however my aftermarket set says 93 ftlbs.

I would probably jack it up by the frame and remove the wheel, and like Bert said, loosen the u-bolts a little

That's what "they" say, but honestly, you're fine reusing them as long as they're not visibly damaged. This site is full of people that have loosened and re-tightened them numerous times.

The rational is that the threads can stretch, but I truly doubt that's happening on these trucks with such minimal torque on a very large diameter bolt.

U-bolts aren't single-use. Occasionally you may find aftermarket U-bolt sets where the nuts are single-use.
