First stick I drove was back in '75... that's 1975 not 1875. So I got about 10 years on you - the car I sold before I bought my Tacoma
was a stick and yea, daily commutes in stop and go / slow and go gets a bit old .. am enjoying my Auto Transmission just fine.

I appreciate the manual transmission for all the right reasons, but it's a young mans game....

MT a young man's game? I am in my mid 70s and have a sports car, truck camper and Tacoma, all MT. What game are you playing?

Not much more can a long box carry than a short box. I mean were talking a misley 12". BUT, go off-roading and you'll quickly see how that 12" extra inches of overhang can get you stuck in a jiffy!

Extra overhang? I think you mean longer wheelbase.

For those of us who don't need a back seat, the short wheel base/long box of the AC offers the best of both worlds. And for those that care about eye appeal, the AC has the best proportions and look.

Unfortunately these trucks can’t be imported to the states as they don’t have factory TPMS . I have a AC OR MT too btw .
