    I have an 08 Tacoma that had the frame recall/replacement performed by the prior owner. Currently, I have some rust on the upper and lower control arms, flaking on a spring. Was it standard to replace those parts during the recall?

    Just the LCAs were part of the frame replacement, anything else would've been on the owner's dime.
