Get the eibach trd pro lift kit. It adds a additional 1.5 to the pro suspension.

no need for a 2 inch spacer, the trd sport is 1 inch higher in the rear already than the front. So if you get a 1 inch rear block, these springs and your truck will be pretty much level.

https://eibach.com/us/2607/E30-82-069-04-20-Toyota-Tacoma-TRD-Pro-pro-lift-kit These are replacement front springs for the trd pro that will give you 1.5 inch lift (trd pro is 1 inch lifted from your sport, so these springs on pro struts on your truck will give you a 2.5 inch lift.)
For the rear you can use add a leaf or a block depending on your offroading.

You only really need to change out the upper control arm if you go 3 inches or more.

Yes, if you stay at 2 inches, above that and you are gonna want new arm for alignment purposes.

if you want to keep the ride height you have with the bilsteins but gain the ride quality of Fox skip the TRD PRO stuff and just get Fox 2.0 fronts that are pre set at 2 inches. then get a 1 inch block for the rear or even 1.5 to keep a little rake ( you will be glad you did this when the shit leaf springs sag eventually ) and get Fox 2.0 rear shocks made for 2-3 inches of lift and call it great.

Depends what you want out of it.

Most mid travel shocks are going to be limited by the travel of the shock. At least the fox 2.5 (TRD) are valved specifically for the truck. As someone else said, you can swap to eibach springs if you need the lift or extra extra spring rate.

The shocks are fine. If you are looking for a linear progressive shock, then there are other options but what matters, to me anyways, is the tuning.
