Had to do some *slight* modifications; drill a couple of frame holes larger (had to buy a 1/2" titanium bit since I didn't have one) plus had to remove a box covering a couple of connectors on the passenger side, and finally had to buy 2 M8 bolts that were a half-inch longer than the ones they supplied for the very back frame holes (the frame is much thicker back there.) Not sure how to protect the now-exposed wire connectors so for now they are zip-tied above the frame member. Thanks @WarFab Armor!

The driver side only had room for 3 of the 4 side bolts, and one of the holes was a tad too small in the frame. Passenger side easily fit all four side bolts. The places for the mounting bolts were pretty evident on the sliders themselves. I will go look to see what the site says about those two exposed connectors.

EDIT: also forgot to mention, the bottom "sandwich" plates fit oddly. They are supposed to squeeze the frame edge when the bolts are tightened, but the frame has a lip so the plate is angled upward about 10-15 degrees, which means the nuts cut into the plate when tightened down. is that how they are supposed to be?

EDIT 2: it looks like the plates are supposed to be just squeezed at an angle, so that's answered. However I watched this video in your channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87t3IdKibyE and it mentioned the passenger side box but didn't explain what you did with it! Any hints?

LOL sad to say, I only got it because it was the only manual access cab in the western states a few years ago and had been on the dealer's lot for about 6 months so got a screaming great deal on it. Prob would have gone for voodoo blue if I had a choice. BUT, silver grows on you...just need to vinyl wrap the fender flares to break it up some. Too much silver is just...too much.

I don't think we are talking about the same thing. I will take pics today to show you, it isn't one of those thin little brackets like on the driver side. This is a box about 4 inches high 7 inches long 5 inches wide that is bolted to an aluminum backing which itself is bolted to the frame. It has open sides and is just to protect the two connectors. The wires have little play and one end runs up into the bottom of the cab (with sealant around the hole that prevents any pulling or pushing of the wires) and the other end joins into a bigger wire bundle so it has no play also.

EDIT: I will still add pics of mine, but stumbled across this picture while looking for transfer case armor, you can barely see the box I had to remove in the upper-left:

Good choice for sliders! My friend and I both run them and they’re incredible. They’ve made their money over and over, taken some big hits, handled everything we’ve thrown at them. Customer service is awesome as well. Going to get the tomcat front bumper next month, definitely a customer for life with these guys.

And that means the box assembly will simply rotate clockwise 90 degrees and be secured by the one bolt that used to be in the front, correct? Will the aluminum bracket the cover bolts on to be bolted to the slider or will that part be left off and just the plastic cover bolted to the slider by the one bolt? A picture of the completed assembly would be awesome.
