Hi, i recently purchased a 2016 4x4 Sport and it came with a 6" BDS Lift and 33" tires. Right now this truck just low enough to go into most parking garages/low clearance areas that i usually go into. I wanted to get a Prinsu Rack and maybe go up to a 35" tire. Would i be able to just get a smaller block for the rear and adjust the coilovers to get it 2-3" lower?

Those types of lifts typically involve the cutting of the lower crossmember and welding or bolting on a new one. They usually use an OEM style shock with a spacer so maintain similar factory geometry.

Not sure how to go about lowering it.

If BDS does a true 6" as in a 6" drop bracket in the front then no. A lot of these lift company's do the same size drop bracket for the 4" and 6" then have taller spacers for the 6" kits. I would find out how much of a drop they did for the crossmember and if it is 4" you can just buy the smaller spacers and swap them out.
