Tolerance stacking? Cheaper to replace tie rods than the parts that will absorb all of the impact?

Oh I know. I've shopped them many times. Keep saying I'm going to pull the trigger, but don't.

I agree, it’s was nice. Breaking down/changing valve stems/inflation took less than an hour with all 8 tires. He’s into rally cross and says he’s changing wheels all the time so it’s ends up saving him (and me) money in the long run hah.

Got some time to finish up one slidey boi. Hopefully next weekend I can finish the other and prepaint them before welding to the frame. May also come back and make some tabs that span the weld from the leg to main square tube, just for extra insurance. I've also been thinking of a way to make a drop down step for the passenger side that can be flipped up almost like a kickstand so it doesn't affect the slider functionality, but also so my mom can get in more easily lol.

I just last week picked up a plastic step stool from Harbor Freight for $9 so that my wife has an easier time getting up in the truck. Thing is sturdy and folds up flat in a second

Thought I'd pop in and say "hey". Hope everyone is doing well. I took my first actual vacation last weekend to Vegas for Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC). The music was great, but I caught myself the 'rona despite wearing a mask and not packing into the crowd. Symptoms started Friday and yesterday evening was the worst of it. I went to get tested yesterday afternoon, and it came back positive. Symptoms have been chest and sinus congestion. I didn't check today, but I didn't even have a fever yesterday. Just been loafing about watching movies, drinking water, and popping OTC cold/flu meds.

Liked it just so I could unlike it. Hope you don’t get it too bad and it passes quickly.

    Vegas sounds fun, though!

    All,

Headed to Rausch this upcoming weekend. Not sure on much other than I'm camping at a nearby campground on Saturday night. Going with a group I've never run with before. And they don't camp. Smdh.

If anyone would like to join me, I can list deets when I have them.

Haha. Thanks. I'm vaxxed, so I'm not expecting it to be too bad.

Vegas was a good time. Got to hangout with my buddy that I only see 1-2x a year. Also, got to see a few DJs that I hadn't seen yet.

Hope you get over it without any further complications Jeremy. I guess sometimes being careful just isn't careful enough.
Wife and I are going to MX next week and we're gonna be masking and avoiding crowds too as much as possible. Hopefully we won't come back with it
