Sounds like you just need to settle for Chris and Shannons technical trail...rip rap mound can provide lift!

Rocky Run is on the other side of the road from Peters Mill of the pass that goes through the Edinburg Gap IIRC. I went on it last year, it's a slightly milder version of Peters Mill (again, IIRC; I'm not a spring chicken anymore so take what I say with a grain of salt!). Peters Mill is more fun IMO.

Chaos is only 1.5 hours from me, but I imagine it's a good hike for most of yous guys, so I'm guessing that's out. I heard Nick B talking about it one time, sounded good (insert another disclaimer here about my memory).

Edit: I was thinking about Taskers Gap, not Rocky Run, so disregard first paragraph above.

My bad, I was thinking about Taskers Gap; I've never been to Rocky Run. Previous post has been edited. What did I tell you about listening to an old man?

As least you're able to do that! I'll say stuff, swear it's how it is, recall events, and then find out I was wrong.

I might be in for a day trip as well. I'll be heading out of town Sunday so no overnighting for me this time.

I forgot we have the time change this weekend, so that may help with the Sunday morning commitment.

Do it ! :D Or not.

The reason I have not is, no where local to ride it down here. Don’t get me wrong, would love to have one. but dragging it on a trailer a couple hours to the mountains to ride it legally in a select few spots over and over is the added buzz kill.

H&M would be awesome on a SxS/4 wheeler. Hell, a bike too. I’ve been told by several that have been there, 700+cc’s or hang it up. I have no info to base that on other than word of mouth.
