2017 Quicksand TRD 4x4

Hey TW. I was looking around TW for some Info on rear suspension, and came across people saying there was a tsb for tacomas 3 leaf pack to be replaced with 4 spring leaf pack. I was trying to see if my 2017 Tacoma was updated prior to purchase. Are the 3 leaf packs 3 plus the overload spring making it 4 total, and the 4 leaf really 4 plus overload making it 5 total? Here is photo of what I have currently, bought it used with rear block, so don't murder me on it. Haha
