2021 SR5 4wd DC

Went on a road trip in my '21 SR5 and when using Android auto with Waze as my map, whenever I changed the Radio/SiriusXM, there was a small pop up on top of the map that showed what channel I turned to, just like when I adjust the volume. Well, now it won't do that anymore. Not sure if it's a setting I messed up or what, I got kids and they like buttons!! really liked that feature and would like to get it back if I can. Searched and can't find anything. Thanks.
