Home office chair recommendation

I try not to be serious more than necessary but this is a dead serious topic: I need a new officer chair at home before I throw my back out again.

Ever since COVID I’ve been teleworking either full or part time and so it’s become important to get set up right at home. The crappy, cheap rolling chair I have with no arm rests, no head rest, no lumbar support, needs to go.

Would love to hear any recommendations based on the following:
5 rollers

Armrests
Some form of head support
Bonded leather, no mesh

Do I want/need tilt?
