well if I didn't brake I probably would have given him a nice pit maneuver while he was going ~75 mph

I got mine cause my friend was rear ended during the 2020 protests and some other driver was more focused on what a sign said than the road. My quote is "A $70-$100 dashcam is the best insurance you can buy". It will prove that you are not at fault... as long as you are actually not at fault

    Here's another reason

gotta enjoy teens riding bikes in the middle of a 45mph road at night wearing all black. This was last week.

That wouldn't happen to be in San Diego, on the 8 freeway, would it?

My exact thought. This is why everyone should have a bull bar. Knock that douche right out of the way and keep on going. (I don’t advocate violence:D )

    Karma -

Once had a jack-azz bearing down on my tail itching to kick it in and hit the next lane about to be available.
I spied a state trooper coming onto the road but the idiot behind me didn't see it due to a transfer truck.

I slowed down just to pizz him off more and when the lane opened you could hear the guy kick it in and change lanes.
Must have been doing 80 when he passed me... at least 90 as he ( oooops ) passed the state trooper... LOL

    Blue lights and sirens ensued...

That reminds me of Chicago. The emboldened, crazy drivers who think they’re untouchable, passing on the ramps and shoulders at speed. Mix that with a police department who’s hands have been tied by politicians, made shit like that an almost daily occurrence for us when we lived there.
The driving was one of the main reasons we moved and got the hell out of the Windy City.

Some people are assholes, hopefully there’s more damage to their car than just a flat tire.

Glad you and your truck are ok......and kudos for having a dash cam.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
A friend is driving a city transit bus with a tailgater on his ass. Parked car ahead. Friend kicks it up a notch (rolling like a G- before G’s we’re cool) at the very last second before hitting the parked car, friend cranks wheel left around parked car. No more tailgater

The OP's video reminds me of the San Fernando Valley. On Ventura Highway.
