I’ve got a used ‘20 MGM TRD OR that I’m running until my Lunar Rock OR is delivered at the end of the year. The previous owner did quite a bit to this MGM though. Pro grill, interior LEDs, steps, backflip tonneau, clear bra on the hood, power locking tailgate and the chrome delete kit from Meso.

I’m taking the tonneau and maybe the pro grill for my LR. My question is how would I know if it’s OEM or a knockoff?

I know the one that comes with the TRD lift comes with a front camera mount weather you want it or not. Was wondering if they actually make an OEM without it.

Not overly familiar with the grilles but removing it and looking for Toyota part numbers seems to be the easiest way to determine if it is OEM or not.

    Look like a Knockoff

OEM has a semigloss to it. That looks like flat Matte finish like most all aftermarket ones

Also if the letters on the back of the grille are held on by screws or not. Or the letter section is held on by screws

Probably not. If it’s OEM I would find an original OR grill to put here though as I won’t have both trucks at the same time. If it’s aftermarket it’s not worth the hassle to me and I’ll just a new one later on

The old version of the pro grill (bought mine in summer of 2017) don’t have the camera mount. Not sure if the old version is still available.

It’s got the nice LED headlights too! Could always swap those if your LR has the standard headlights

Yeah I know this thing was pretty well equipped. My LR does have them too though so I’ll leave those be for the next owner.

It’s funny because the Honda dealership I bought it from didn’t list any of these upgrades and sold it as an SR

Dang selling as an SR was a mistake on their end. Definitely got a fully equipped TRD OR
