99 2.4l missing after engine warm

Hello tacoma world, had a radiator leak switch to radiator out the water pump belts hoses, then after all that start up engine is missing so I change plugs wires both ignition coil‘s seems like half of it went away or fixed half of the problem first start up engine was running pretty smooth and after warm it started to run rough missing thanks I’ve gotten a good knowledge from this site this is my first Tacoma always heard good things about them thanks again

 

Make sure the egr is functioning correctly

 

It would help if you incorporated some punctuation to help us determine your intent and meaning.

I would check for vacuum leaks, you might have knocked a vacuum line off.
