    I'm looking for a set of road tires for a 97 Tacoma, 4cyl, 2wd. Don't anticipate any off-road needs.
Have Michelin Defenders now and they've been great, but they don't make them small enough anymore. (Current tires are P 205 70 R14.)

I'm looking at BFGoodrich Radial T/As and Uniroyal Tiger Paw AWP II. Any experience with either? Are BFGoodrich worth the higher price?

    Thanks

I don't know anything about the Tiger Paw but I do know that I really like my firestone le3's. I managed to get them on sale and 4 tires mounted and an alignment was only $650

Look and see where they are made if that matters to you. I try not to buy china made tires...

I just purchased 4 Cooper Evolution Winter (snows) for the wife's Subaru. They are US made.
