I'm cleaning out some shelves and came across materials to build one more of these.

    What it does:
This harness allows you to access your factory inverter at 400W while the truck is in motion instead of it kicking down to 100W. The mod is completely plug-and-play and can be installed in as little as 10 minutes if you know how to take apart the shifter area where the inverter is located. This is ideal for people that run fridges in the back of their truck or charge other accessories.

Attached to the harness is a 20" extension that is intended to be plugged directly into an (optional) additional factory outlet you can install in the cab. You will need to order this from Toyota using p/n 85530-35050-C0 -- this will require you to cut a small rectangle where you intend to put the new outlet. This is great as it allows you to have a 3-prong outlet in the cab where it's more useful. Ideal for charging laptops and other fragile equipment you don't want to charge in the bed of the truck.

Price is $60 shipped to your door in the USA. If you have questions about install feel free to shoot me a PM. These will be available in several retailers starting near the end of the month if you miss your chance here.

    Edit: Sold out… again

Sounds good! I'll consider this sold.

For others that didn't act within 2 whole minutes you can hit up @GuildOutfitters or @CaliRaisedLed near the end of the month when they'll have stock.

Im late, of course but I definatly want one. I looked into that 85530-35050-co part number and it appears to be a 12V outlet. Is this what you intended?

Yep! That looks like it. There are a few part numbers rolling around. I would recommend calling your local dealer ahead of time and confirming before ordering the outlet. It is for the rear of a 5th Gen 4Runner.

Ok the dealer must have it labeled in correctly as its labeled as a "12V outlet' not a 120V

Label icon is too stretched after shrinking, should be sold as scratch and dent.

I will only have a few. @GuildOutfitters will have a pretty large stock of them toward the end of this month. He's working on a lower switch panel that might include a nice slot for an additional factory 3-prong outlet.

It is for trucks with a factory inverter. If you don’t have one, the process of adding a factory inverter greatly outweighs the ease of adding a much larger (and useful) aftermarket 1000W inverter.

Thank you. I figured as much upon a bit of reading.

Too bad I cannot retrofit it with an oem one from eBay.

These are going out today. @GuildOutfitters will have a bunch if you’re looking to order from someone on the forums.
