For those who enjoy a good WTF type of repair job- I had to take advantage of the nice weather and start the heator core replacement in the 4runner. I didn't physically start until 1:30, so about 3 hrs of work got me this far. I will be at it nice and early tomorrow, I want to finish this up ASAP. I also want to add in a replacement head unit while its all apart, nothing too fancy but a touch screen w/ bluetoof capabilities would be nice..

I ordered & received a Toyota brand serpentine belt. It has both Toyota and BANDO printed on it. It also has the Toyota PN

$20 7PK2120 OEM Quality Serpentine Belt

7PK2120 printed on it. Anybody use the BANDO “brand” serpentine belt? Is it inferior to the Toyota/BANDO belt? Its $17 vs $47. I piss away $30 almost daily, but I cant shake the feeling I’m being played.
