I'm new to this forum, and I just got a my first manual, I keep burning my clutch in the snow in 4hi, but 4low is to slow unless I'm jus crawling, because I heard that it is bad to shift in 4low other than 1st, is that true? Or can I shift gears while in 4low? Thanks

It's ok to shift gears while in 4Lo.
Just remember 4WD doesn't improve braking on snow and ice.
