Deer hunting BS thread

Hey. not enough service to post pics but my son and i are at the lease. rut had not got going yet. does arent quite in. my son got on the probably first estous doe tonite. 5 bucks running her. he busted the biggest body one.210 lbs. 8pt. rack didnt do justice to the body. this is mountain land. NO crop fields.will get some pics tommorow. tonite is celebration nite. we hung him im the neighbors walk in. have a good nite oh and he stunk to high heaven all rutted up

 

works without cell service. put your phone in airplane mode and pic off line to use or it will eat your battery in no time. we have no cell service here in the mtns. thats how we use it

 

Id cut the tarsals off with rubber gloves on if i were to transport inside a vehicle. Stinky stuff for sure

 

I didnt like it, i just cancelled it. Guy i talked to on phone wanted me to fix my gps in my phone. i said nah i just want to cancel

 

I've used it once or twice

 

My first vehicle was a Nissan Maxima - several deer made it into the trunk on that one. Getting them in was easy - getting them out after rigor mortis set in, not so much.

ya kinda get used to it after 3-4 scores in a couple-o-months....

 

Cleaned the meat off the bullet that was in the shoulder on Coles deer last night. Processor said the leg had been broke and grew back together. The meat had grown around this, it was tough to get off. They are some tough animals.

got home from camp. my little grandbaby is sick. so wont hunt till all this is okay. in the hospital tonite. he let a bigger rack go and shot the biggest body one.
