i'm not going to complain about all this rain. California

i'm not that guy.

but damn!! my tiny local lake is flooded and closed to fishing. haha. and my other local lake is DEEP. one of the closer parking spaces is about to be spring bass bedding area.

on the other hand, my lime tree is green again.

bass fishing has been tough! lots of floating debris. fish are scattered.

at the big lakes, i think the boat ramps are starting to open up. Lake Sonoma is up 10 feet. Shasta 5 feet.

i'll go look into Clearlake thursday. see what the bass think of a deep diving crankbait.
