I’ve searched and looked for the answer in all 10,000 threads over this subject to no avail.

The junction block (82671-30360) that needs to accompany the new LED relay (CF18). What is the purpose of this, is it a jumper block that ties one pin to another or is it a block off for that plug in for the DRL harness?

I can’t find the junction block anywhere, Toyota says it’s on National back order with no ETA. I can take the harness plug I have, de-pin it and use it as a jumper if need be but I’d rather not. If it’s simply a block off or cap to that plug in, I can de pin the harness and put it back and be on my way.
