1996 Tacoma Transmission wiring harness

Ive got a 96 tacom, extended cab, 6cyl, auto trans., that my dogs chewed the wiring harness out of that runs to the transmission. I called toyota and they told me it would be an astronomical ammount to get a new harness. I was wondering if yall new of a place were I can order one. I called around to local auto parts stores and they said it was a dealer part. Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

cant you just slice the wires together?

 

It's 28 wires and 4 of them are red and white or otherwise i would

 

have you tried a junkyard or maybe even ebay yet?? chances are...you can find what you need thru a junkyard, although you may have to call around to a few for availability.

 

sorry but HAHAHAH, you may have not meant that as funny, but that was classic. Did yota give you a quote atleast?
