    Yea I may redo the rear 4x4 posts on the stairs next year. I did the front because it got loose. They didn’t imbed the post into the ground so I installed a new one with a huge, long lag bolt and cement.

    I did a similar thing April last year when I refurbished our deck. The frame was solid...but had one stair stringer and post on the left side that was a little soft.
