Stereo/speakers, brush guard, bed cover

I'm Brett, a navy aviation vet/ industrial electrician. My Taco is an 02 off road edition, pre-runner with a 3.4L, 4x4, and a double cab. I bought it this year and even though it's loaded I still have a lot I want to modify/ upgrade. I've already started working on the radio and speaker system. I'm installing 6.5 jbl 609c speakers, 2 Rockville 10" under-seat subs and a pioneer stereo. Next I want to install a brush guard, but that's down the road. If there's anyone who suggests any preventative maintenance or anything that should be fixed to help Taco's performance please comment.
