Good morning cred n crew. I was busy yesterday getting stuff in order at the place my mom rents.
The whole thing is a little stressful on me but I'm dealing with it all fine.
Way behind on a couple of threads I follow around here...
Wanted to log on and wish everyone a nice Veterans Day and thank those who served and are serving.

Cut some rope, melted the end, glued it in a drilled hole then unbraided it. Whew.

    New poll.

I've owned a few 4 cyl Toyota trucks over the years, 1987 2wd, 1988 4wd, and a 1992 4wd. I've always said no more cause they are sick as far as pulling but man were they dependable.

My wife's 98 standard cab 4x4 with manual hubs is very quick up to 40mph. It's fun in town but is horrible on the xway.

    80 mph? Eventually.

Auto or manual? How many miles? Those trucks are great for running errands.

My dad had a Chevy LUV when I was young, 4 cyl, 5 speed. He always said "it's great to go look at something in, you just can't bring it home"

Ree: Poll. Not a Toyota, had an '87 Chev S-10, 2WD, 4 spd It was actually peppy around town but on the highway? If I hit a bug, he'd just shake his fist and tell me to get the hell out of his way!

    Automatic.

I think 125k. She won't get rid of it. She has had it since 1999. I don't think it's ever spent a night outside. The headlights aren't fogged at all.

I think she drove it 150 miles this year.

I loved My22Re Engines I even have two of the Turbo ones.

Between the Celica`s and 4x4`s I planned to run them forever and could if I needed to go back.

I did a 3.4 swap during one of my between jobs down time . In the testing and working out the bugs I fell in Love with the 3.4 to the point of stopping the 7MGTE swap even though all the parts were ready to go.

Great little engine for the grocery run once a week 20 miles .

As long as you know and except the limits not bad .

Would I enjoy a trip to Prudhoe Bay not really but one does what one needs to.
