I am officially on the list for a new Tundra Pro when it comes out. Was advised the ETA can up to a year but they are anticipating late March early April.

No cement for Tundra Pro this year so I’ll be “stuck” with one in Lunar Rock but will be getting it with the red interior.

 

Locked in and am 3rd in line.

3rd in line! My dude! I'd probably jump on that too if I knew it was that close, lol. But I'm loving the build here. First time I saw a "native" sticker I was in CO. (Fort Carson) and I see them all the time up here in MT. But the "ish" part is perfect. I need a Montana version in my life. Very inspiring build btw, loving it. I love what CO does for their DV plates. I had a couple options up here but I chose the standard "army" plates. Pretty sure I'll regret that. Whatever, small town and the rare trips I take to it there is parking somewhere close enough. No more than I walk normally I guess... probably gonna regret that later too

I did have to add a grab handle to the drivers side door to accommodate entry... did you make sure your Tundra has a grab handle? Would probably be the first thing I'd ask about. All the irrelevant shit my tacoma didn't have I'd just be like "does the Tundra have (insert irrelevant part I'd never need here)?" But congrats on the Pro. If I do trade in the Tacoma, it won't be for anything less than the "pro" equivalent. But I plan on keeping this one at least until it's paid off then I will reassess. Currently, I could trade it in and make money, lol. First time every walking out with positive equity too. 7 month old trade in tho... actually made money on that too! haha. I suspect you had a similar situation offering your tacoma as a trade. They should have given you top BB value, so if you got anything less, renegotiate. They flip them so fast now days. A 2021 with 10-20k costs MORE than a brand new '22 right now. Why? Availability and nothing else. Kinda sad...

But yes, #3 in line on a LR Toyota pretty much anything TRD Pro would be a hard opportunity to pass up in this market. Are you staying up sleeplessly looking at options already? lol.

 

one dealer already offered me $31k trade-in without even looking at it and assuming it’s bone stock.

I’m not sure how I’m going to work the Tubsra right now though. I broke my leg skiing on 12/05. Going to miss 6-8 weeks of work which is a shit ton of money that I was going to put towards paying off the Taco.

might wind up trading it in after all. I only owe $17k so I’ll see

Starting to get ready for a new Tundra Pro build and am selling my #ikamper X-Cover Mini. Fits perfectly on a Tacoma short bed.

Comes with mounting brackets (OG 1.0 and 2.0 versions) and bracket security locks.

Only able to sell to CO area buyers. Cannot ship.

 

Finally got a lead on a new bike frame. Guy from Evil Bikes in Bellingham, WA reached out and I’ll be getting a new Evil Following (120mm travel) in Protein Powder to start building a great “down country” (downhill/cross-country) bike.

Super stoked. It’s going to join the Evil Wreckoning LB (aka “Rex”) (160mm travel downhill bomber) in the bike stable. Special note: the Trek X-Caliber hard tail (aka “Alex Trekbek”) was given to my son who has been learning the ways of the shred.

 

RTT has been sold.
