A Couple of Questions - posts vs messages and which ones don’t count?

    Some messages don’t get added to our messages total. Which ones don’t get added?

    Are posts different than messages?

    Certain sub forums (such as New Members) do not count towards your overall message count whilst other forums such as 2nd Gen. Tacomas (2005-2015) do count.

    Direct messages to another member also do not count. This is from what I have seen, sure there is a better explanation to it all.

    Certain forums don't count as of a couple years ago. The story I got was that too many people would hang out in the BS threads to pad their post count. BST loophole.

    I guess they want you contributing to a real thread before you can sell somethin.
