Camper Shell

I'm new here to the whole forum thing but I'm in the process of trying to build a makeshift decked system with two drawers and a sleeping platform on top.

With that being said I have a short bed 18 taco and I'm wanting to find a mattress that folds away when I'm not back there so I can use the space for storage if needed. Does anyone on here have any ideas on where to find one that's made for our bed dimensions?

I know I have 61" in total length and I believe it's 52" in width at the widest point to play with.

I'm honestly thinking about having a family member who's not highly uneducated in the sewing department help me sew something together if I can find enough foam to make a makeshift mattress if I can't find anything.

Yeah for sure! I've got one of those myself I use. I might end up building a platform and just buying another one identical to the one I've got for my girlfriend to use while we go out fishing on our longer trips
